SIDE are looking for UK English speakers with the following accents to record a set of 10 lines for our research project:
- London accent of African descent
- London accent of British descent
- Manchester accent of Pakistani descent
- Edinburgh accent of Indian descent
- Belfast accent of Northern Irish descent
- Birmingham accent of British descent
SIDE is a global audio outsourcing company. We are currently working on a market research project for a client and we are looking for UK nationals with the following accents and heritages to record a set of 10 lines for analysis:
To qualify you must be a native UK English speaker with one of the accents listed above. This means you naturally speak with that accent - we are not looking for people who can put an accent on. You will need a suitable smartphone to record your voice: iPhone 7 or above, Samsung S10 or above, or an equivalent other brand.
Participants must be aged 18 and above.
For selected participants, we will be offering £20 for your time - you will need a PayPal account for us to process this payment.
