As Customer Relations Manager you’ll get involved with all aspects of welcoming visitors to the theatre, making sure their experience is memorable for all the right reasons. You will genuinely love getting your hands on data to inform decision making and you’ll happily roll your sleeves up to dig deep into the numbers. Your extensive experience of managing ticketing processes and loyalty programmes will serve you well in this key role within the Communications team.This role is offered on a 12 month fixed-term contract, 40 hours per week.
