To Whom It May Concern:
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Amanda Thompson; I am an experienced Props Master/Maker/Buyer and Set Designer, who, would love to discuss any possible positions with you.
I am available to start work on any new project, immediately and would love to become one of your Team players.
My experience extends from Theatre to Film and I have a great understanding of what is necessary in dealing with various types of props from hand held to fixed set props.
I am also highly skilled in the following production roles: prop making, prop buyer, set construction/set designs, event designs, hand held props and fixed props.
Further to this, I completed my initial internship with Opera Australia (Sydney). Where I was involved in prop restorations, prop repairs and mixed media in creating a frangipani tree under the guidance of Prop Master Simon Craw - who is happy to be contacted to discuss my capabilities.
