Kit was graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, which gave her a great opportunity to have a well understanding on the structure and the culture between the west and the east. With her trilingual background, she had been actively working in theatre and events industry across Asia for almost 8 years.

She has worked as company manager, stage manager, technical manager, logistics manager, project manager and associate producer for over 20 touring or sit down productions and events in 8 countries and over 30 cities. She was in the production of 42nd Street, Sound of Music, AIDA, Walking with Dinosaurs, Aqua, etc. Managed some corporate events for IBM, Canon, Standard Chartered Bank, etc. And she's always ready and waiting for more bigger challenge to come.
