The band's self-titled debut album, which was co-produced by James Allan & Rich Costey (also worked with Franz Ferdinand, Interpol, Muse) and recorded in New York is out now. The album was included in the Best Albums of 2008 in The Observer Music Monthly, NME, Q, Mojo, Uncut, The Independent, The Fly, The Sun, Daily Telegraph and Metro, and reached Number Two in the UK album chart.

The winners of the 2008 NME 'Philip Hall Radar Award' for most promising new band, the singles released from the album include Geraldine, Daddy's Gone and Flowers & Football Tops.
