    About me

I was born and raised in Budapest and have recently moved to Toronto. I'm a high energy, hard working artist, who is always looking for new challenges, pushing myself hard to get myself out of my comfort zone. I love experiencing different things, constant learning is my motto. You have to keep your mind open or you stop evolving. The more knowledge you have, the more emotions you experience, the better you can put yourself in your character's shoes.

I got involved in acting by accident when attending college. I was studying Art Management but in my free time I decided to take an elective in drama. After studying for 6 months, I was invited to take part in the Aida Musical, directed by Miklos Szurdi one of the big directors in Hungary. I ended up touring with the show for two years, all over Hungary.

Eventually I decided to register with Facebox Team, the biggest casting agency in Budapest, and was offered a stand-in job on the British television series The Borgias, starring Jeremy Irons and directed by Neil Jordan. Working through two whole seasons on this show, seeing how professional actors prepare and perform in front of the camera was one of the best ways to learn about acting. Meanwhile I enrolled in the renowned Hungarian drama school, Gór Nagy Mária Szinitanoda, where I studied all aspects of acting and was selected for the physical theatre program. After two years I also entered and won a competition offering 6 months free study at Thalia Drama School which I attended during the weekends.

Eventually I decided to concentrate on working in film and television as a way to further my education, and ended up working non-stop on a variety of British and American series and feautre films as a stand-in. This led to me being offered small parts in projects such as the feature film Hercules and the series X Company. In my free time I also worked on Hungarian television shows and commercials.

When the opportunity came to move to Toronto, I knew it was a great chance to improve my career, gain new experiences and grow as a person and as an artist.
