A Mid-Twenties Coming-Of-Age Story

The story of the Lesser Road revolves around the action of a city hot dog stand. There, Jimmy holds court in a very dramatic and exuberant way. He has his cast of regulars that partake in the experience and motivate him. At one point comes along Allen, a young man seeking to make his way in the world but still very unsure of the path to take. He is taken by the energy and camaraderie around the cart but is not satisfied by being just a spectator.
