Viewing each other’s profiles

Hey, just putting this out there. Do we really want to spend time viewing each other’s profiles and sending each other random emails in order to get more ‘views’? Does that help at all? The people you want to view your profile are the people who will hire you. I’m noticing that other voiceover talent are viewing my profile over and over in what seems like an attempt for me to view theirs back. I’m really puzzled as to how this benefits them?
