Why am I missing out on emails?

We send mail from our mail servers, but cannot guarantee that your mail provider will pick them up. Many mail providers have protocols to prevent spam, which may block mail sent from our server, or divert it to your spam folder.

If you think you may be missing out on emails first check your Settings on this site, and then login to your personal email account and add donotreply@mandy.com and emails@mandy.com as a safe or trusted sender. If you are unsure how to do this please see your mail provider's help pages, or contact them directly.
