Why do I have to sync my profile content?

As part of our integration with the Backstage family, we are getting ready to bring you more advanced profile tools. This change will make it easier for you to manage your profile as the content of your profiles will be the same across all three services. This will give you more time to apply for jobs, more consistent visibility across Mandy, Backstage, and StarNow, and allow better exposure to employers.
