Why hasn't my casting gone live yet?

With the exception of UK public holidays, our office is open from 9-5 (GMT), Monday - Friday.

We endeavour to activate all paid castings within four working hours.

If your casting hasn't been activated within this timeframe, please check that you've provided our team with all the details we need. We often call or email with questions, and work to activate your position as soon as we get enough information.
