As a Rental Specialist for Dome Productions, you will be part of the dynamic team working with top Broadcasters and Suppliers in North America bringing the best in sports and entertainment to the Canadian market. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing production equipment, planning and negotiating all rentals and developing strong relationships with all key vendors. The Rental Specialist is an integral part of the Logistics Team at Dome, and as such you will be required to take ownership of the supplier network and develop and improve the existing equipment rental model. You will work closely with the Logistics Manager in developing strategic plans as well as communicating all equipment requirements with both internal and external clients. A big focus on customer service is imperative along with being able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with various internal departments within Dome.



This position works in a team environment to carry out daily functions that are performed in a standard office setting with some travel as required. He/she will be required to work various shifts (including weekends) with flexible hours, and be available after hours to respond to emergency issues.
