Under the authority of the Orchestra Manager, the Assistant Personnel & Digital Media Administrator has a practical reporting relationship with the Orchestra Personnel Manager. The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support to the Personnel Manager in the creation of documents relating to musicians’ contracts, scheduling, attendance, payroll and digital media rights management. They also support the Personnel Manager in the planning, scheduling and execution of the NAC Orchestra recruitment strategy, including auditions. This may include supervision of rehearsals and performances. They also support the broader Music and Education departments in an administrative and research role to execute the Digital Media activities and strategy for the Orchestra.
