Operations and Productions Manager, HCADT, is a key role in providing operational and financial oversight with a particular focus in producing, coordinating, administration, strategic planning, and fundraising of HCADT events, festivals, and performances. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organized, effectively manage priorities and deadlines, and have experience in fundraising and grant writing. A critical aspect of this position will be the proven ability to build positive relationships across the organization, partnering with patrons, internal and external stakeholders. The Performing Arts environment is a creative, exciting, and demanding one, so a candidate with prior experience in production in performing arts and festival management will be ideal for this position.
