HIS FATHER’S SON is a 90-minute drama about an Iranian-Canadian chef’s struggle to prevent his family’s unravelling after discovering that his brother may be the son of another man. It explores the importance of intergenerational acceptance, blending poignant truths about family and immigrant life with elements of dark comedy. Produced with the support of the Canada Council for the Arts as well as the Toronto Arts Council.Writer and director: MEELAD MOAPHIProducers: STEPHEN RAGLOW and SPENCER HAHNShooting in the summer of 2022.
