PATRICK is the guy that lives upstairs...should be charming enough that ANNA puts trust into him as a love affair builds.....mischievous enough to let us all know there may be more sinister motives of his.....a bit nerdy, a bit nebbish, but carries himself well - think of James Spader in Blacklist with a mix of the tv series YOU.
