Network Ten Sydney currently has a position available in the Post Production department for a Junior Audio Director.
You will be a motivated self-starter who thrives on pressure in a
deadline driven environment and who is comfortable with 24/7 shiftwork.
The successful applicant should have a solid understanding of Signal
flow and routing, mic placement techniques and editing experience with
DAWs.
Responsibilities include:
Recording and editing of Voice Over artists for the purpose of on-air content.File management of sessions and media.Collaborating and following directions from producers for on-air content.Prepping sessions ready for Voice Overs.
Requirements:
Experience in editing with DAW systems (e.g. Pro Tools, Fairlight).Working knowledge of DAW systems.Understanding of signal flow and routing.Creativity and attention to detail.Delivering projects to a deadline.Degree in audio/sound engineering a plus.
Previous experience in broadcast television would be an advantage.
