    the media industry. The Indigenous Broadcast Operations Cadet program is
    designed to enable young Indigenous people to get on-the-job experience
    in the broadcast production area.About the cadetshipThis
    twelve month cadetship is for recent graduates that aims to help you
    build your career in broadcast and online production.  It’s a once in a
    lifetime opportunity to work on real television and radio shows, provide
    support and deliver quality media solutions to our audiences. The
    cadetship will spend a minimum of three months in Broadcast Production
    including Editing, Studio Production Services, Radio Operations and
    ENG/EFP (location camera work).The cadetship is based in Sydney and is importantly delivered across the working week, including after hours and weekend work.You
    will participate in a range of on-the-job training and mentoring
    programs, designed to hone your technical skills and give you practical
    experience in your craft.About youIdeally
    you will have, or be close to, completed tertiary qualifications in
    Broadcast or Media Production and have a passion for broadcast
    production whether it’s on television, radio or online platforms.While
    there’s no guarantee of ongoing employment at the end of the program,
    you’ll be paid a full time salary during your cadetship.  The base
