    The Video Producer reports to the Director of Production for the branded content studio and will help create the look and feel of our branded content.

    Job Responsibilities
    * Work closely with the Branded Content leads to produce smart, creative videos in collaboration with our advertisers.
    * Maintain quality control for all outgoing edits, including graphics and audio mixes.
    * Make supplied assets come to life in creative and interesting executions that will capture attention and drive users to share.
    * Optimize post-production workflows.
    * Work collaboratively with other divisions within the company, including our editorial video team.
    * Stay current with New York Media editorial video products and on-site/social content so that brand work is seamlessly interwoven and jives with unique editorial tone and aesthetic.
    * Create story-led animations and videos for social and digital across all brands.
    * Develop content strategy to edit a range of videos in Premiere Pro, including quick-turn and longer form.
    * Other responsibilities as assigned by manager or supervisor

    Role Requirements
    * 3-5 years experience in digital video production, including experience creating video for specifically Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube, preferably in an agency or publisher
    * Mastery of Premiere, proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and skills in other video editing tools
    * Able to adapt as creative assignments change and evolve while maintaining quality
    * Strong sense of pace and timing (telling a lot in a little amount of time), awareness of what captures attention on social and drives shares, and ability to tell concise stories in a largely sound-off environment
    * Must be up to date on trends in video and animation
    * Ability to shoot video is a plus
    * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and embrace this sales support role with a positive, can-do attitude
