    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:The Production Executive will provide consistent and regular support to the HOP by regularly reporting and updating on productions (with particular emphasis on the key client’s Production Account) inc: new briefs and client requirements, status of projects and workflow, staff status, all contractual and financial updates.The PE will be responsible for managing and maintaining an efficient operation and management system for the day-to-day running of the client’s Production Account, including but not limited to the creation and delivery of all productions, compliance with relevant regulatory codes (both editorial and advertising compliance), rights management, client liaising and reporting, meeting client expectations and briefs, adhering to budgets and agreed timescales, optimisation of account staff and inter-agency collaboration.The PE will be responsible for improving and effectively maintaining clear lines of communication and operational systems, processes and policies across the Production Account , to ensure streamlined workflow, appropriate management reporting, communication and information flow and organisational planning, and ultimately fulfil the client requirements.Additional responsibilities include:Play a significant role in long-term planning, including any initiative geared toward operational excellence, including:Based on a full understanding of the yearly client’s production schedule and delivery requirements, identify improvements and efficiencies on the Production Account in terms of Strand resources and staffing (including freelancers), and provide the HoP the necessary information to implement any structural changes or request any additional support from the client. You will also be required to input into wider Evoke operations as required.Implement initiatives to encourage and provide effective communications across all client agencies (“inter-agency collaboration”).Work with the Head of Evoke Films, HoP and Creative Director on new tenders and development opportunities, with particular emphasis on the Production AccountWhere relevant, work with the areas of IMG that also support and provide services to client to ensure there is an understanding of the clients needs and they are being prioritised accordingly, also create and maintain effective and united communication pertaining to the Production Account in collaboration with the HOEF and HOP.Implement initiatives to support effective communications across Evoke and other facets of IMG with whom we collaborate.Identifying training opportunities for all team members (with particular emphasis on the Production Account team) in order to maximise their capabilities, development and responsibilities, within their given roles/job descriptions. To effectively manage team members appraisals and succession planning across the Production Account.Managing staffing holidays, DOILs, Maternity leave and cover, sick days and other days off in line with requirement to identify improvements and efficiencies in terms of Strand resources and staffing (including freelancers) for the Production Account.In collaboration with the HoP, oversee and implement WME/IMG systems and processes associated to production insurance, production protocols, travel management and HR/engagement policies – and other relevant policies, as requiredInput into new marketing initiatives / operations (as requested) for Evoke Films, including on social media, Linked In, Evoke Films website and implement new initiatives as requiredAs required, input into departmental executive meetings to support the wider Evoke business.You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g. shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etcAttending (and travel to) day or overnight client meetings, including internationally, may be necessaryOccasional weekend work and unsocial hours – as and when dictated by demanding production schedulesCreating and adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriateDealing with high profile talent/clientsKey Results AreasEffective day to day management of the Production Account including line managementMeeting delivery deadlines and working within agreed budgets Meeting client and agency expectations and satisfactionStreamlined and optimised operations across the Production AccountEffective and tangible support to the HoPAppropriate training identified and implemented for key rolesImproved and effective communication across Evoke Films and the client’s inter-agency collaborationsQuickly establish and maintain a deep understanding of the brand values, ethos and strategic visionPerson SpecificationKnowledge and ExperienceMandatory Prior experience managing large teams and implementing and improving systems and processes;Prior experience working as a Production Manager in film/tv productionProven experience of client liaison and account management; experience in building and strengthening successful relationships with clients;Extensive knowledge of archive/footage/music rights clearances; TV production and post production workflows; contracts, insurance, risk assessments and health & safety; Experience of working across multiple productions, effectively managing and prioritising workload.DesirablePrior experience working as an Operations Manager or Production ExecutivePrior experience working in TV Advertising/Branded Content productionPrior experience working with live broadcasters and at sporting eventsPrevious experience of dealing with live feeds and access to live events Skills and AbilitiesMandatory Exceptional organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills;Excellent team management skills; good team player An ability to stay calm and rational and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines;Ability to work effectively without close supervision, using own initiative and paying close attention to detail.Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneouslyComputer literate;Excellent customer focus skills (representing the face of the company/programme to the public/potential contributors).DesirableAbility to seek and identify appropriate new technologies including in digital filming/post production formats and general technical advances in TV and film productionQualifications and TrainingMandatory Health and Safety Production TrainingAptitudesMandatory Shows initiative – able to prioritize and manage workload without close supervision;Good team player; Positive, professional and keen approach to work;Flexibility & adaptability
