Windsor Fringe was set up in 1970 by Nicola Brooker as she was shocked at the main Festival’s prices. It consisted at first of a group of six and has always been a totally voluntary committee.

The Fringe are a group passionate about the arts and a platform for promoting new talent. Our programme offers an eclectic mix of the arts and entertainment: music of all kinds, drama, visual arts (including photography and sculpture), film, poetry, informative walks, gastronomy – and even conkers.
