Trunkman Productions

Trunkman Productions is a film, TV, radio and theatre production company that was founded in January of 2001 in Fremantle, Western Australia, by Trent Burton. The company produces its own productions, and also partners with external clients to provide them with expertise in the areas of directing, writing, editing and camera work.

Trunkman’s first creative endeavour was a mockumentary comedy film entitled ‘The Game Show Girl.’ This film would garner Trunkman Productions with its first creative accolades, taking the runner up prize at The 2001 Screen Academy Festival.

The company relocated to the UK in 2005 prior to which we had produced a number of short films, a critically acclaimed play and Western Australia’s first ever sitcom. Since being based in the UK we have produced a documentary seriesUp until relocating to the UK in 2005 we have worked with a number of corporate clients producing everything from online training solutions to television commercials. We have also been behind a documentary series and a successful play as part of The Camden Fringe. Our second London play, ‘The Twenty Minute Policy’ is set to open this year’s Camden Fringe in August.
