    City College Manchester
  • About
On 1st August 2008, City College Manchester merged with Manchester College of Arts and Technology (MANCAT) to become The Manchester College. In the interim, until the two colleges' processes, procedures and infrastructures are amalgamated, this section of the website refers to those parts of the college formerly known as City College.

The College has campuses across the city, each has its own specialist facilities and resources, offering a huge range of opportunities for students of all ages. We also have a lively International Centre which welcomes hundreds of overseas students every year, and a number of local learning centres in the community, including Forum Futures in Wythenshawe.

We are also the largest provider of Offender Learning, with contracts in more than forty establishments. Our prison Education Managers help thousands of offenders to turn their lives around through learning, in prisons and young offender institutions throughout England.
