About me
I am relatively new to Los Angeles, I moved here from St. Louis Missouri a year ago. Since I have been in LA, I have had the chance to work on a few productions. I was a Grip Assistant for six weeks on the Feature, Magic Lantern. I also have experience with art department and set building. I Have a construction background which helped me transition easily into production work. I have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, learn quickly, have a vast skillset, the willingness to complete any task required and I work well in groups and independently. I have worked in many settings which makes me adaptable to a wide range of situations and work environments.Referees:

"Aaron is very hard working and always willing to go the extra mile to make jobs and assignments go smoothly. He is very good at building and working with his hands, if he doesn't know how to build something, he quickly teaches himself and applies the new knowledge successfully. Whenever I have a problem on the job, the first person I find to help me is Aaron, this is because Aaron is not only an out of the box thinker, but he is also very calm in stressful situations, quick on his feet, and has a vast skillset which he can apply to any problem that needs solving. Aarons vast abilities and knowledge paired with his willingness to learn make him a great addition to any company."
Ava Altman's letter of recommendation is included below, she is also available via phone at (three one four) removed
Letter of Recommendation from Ava listed on Linkedin:
I first worked with Aaron when he was new to Los Angeles, transitioning from his previous career as a carpenter into set design. By the end of Aaron's first day on set as a PA he had impressed the entire set with his ability to understand and follow through on any range of direction. He is an intelligent self-starter who demonstrates an innate understanding of the importance of collaborating with his team on set. He understood when to ask questions and when to problem-solve, responding quickly and calmly with a solution or an alternative. Within weeks it was clear his attitude and assistance on set was indispensable. Aaron was an absolute pleasure to work with. and he was quickly promoted. If you are seeking a reliable, hard-working, communicative, and enthusiastic addition to your next team, this is your man and I assure, that you too will be blown away by his natural talents and endless potential.
