A talented, versatile and quick feature and documentary filmmaker. Lauer mentored under the direction of filmmakers Oliver Stone, Michael Bay, David Fincher and James Burrows. Lauer’s current project The Hill That Chris Climbed won Best Feature at LA Film and Script Festival and Best Direction at NY International. Going Beyond spotlights a ragtag but heroic group working together to fight HIV in rural India with Academy Award winner, Jeremy Irons.
