About me
I am very well respected by my peers and seniority alike and have always led by example and proved myself through a positive and pro-active work ethic. I maintain high professional standards and am very motivated. In my various technical roles throughout my 10 years at the BBC, I have contributed and enjoy the planning/piloting and re-branding of programming, transforming creative ideas into practical reality. I pride myself on an excellent ability to communicate with a broad range of people, forming many culturally diverse working relationships within the BBC. I take it upon myself to regularly undertake technical adjustment/fault finding on studio/gallery equipment to ensure that facilities are fully operational and used efficiently at all times. I am also a trainer/mentor to new or inexperienced staff members; this training often involves the completion of records and written reports to lead directors and management. I am very aware of the Health and Safety at Work Act and am fully BBC trained in this, Public Order and Location Safety. I relish any opportunity to further prove and demonstrate my skills and knowledge. With reference to the job description please use this section to fully explain how your skills, abilities and experience meet the specific requirements of the role, providing examples of where you have demonstrated these:
