About me
Edan Cope is a Production Designer/Artist working in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He loves how film as a medium is able to entrance audiences with entirely new worlds, immersing them in places which don’t exist and describing realities which only exist in dreams. In his work, he seeks to join the thematic elements of films with the spaces in which the characters exist. Joining together theme and world-building to create a cohesive narrative. Edan has experience working on low budget projects and has found it is important to be creative, working with what he has to make the worlds and spaces of the films he works on feel real and lived in. Edan is also an artist, drawing and illustrating pen and ink works as well as watercolor paintings. A skill he finds instrumental in his ability to create film worlds effectively. He has worked on many films, such as Retrograde, Breaking Fast, and Yuletide Homicide and is known for his ability to be efficient and adaptive in his approach.License & Passport
