About me
I am an LA/NYC based producer and creative. I work in a variety of formats (TV/FILM, Digital, E-comm, Live Event) and wear many different hats. Whether I'm harnessed 25 ft in the air with a chainsaw to carve out a Fashion Week runway or I'm ensuring Montauk-harvested seaweed has a seat on the Jitney for a same-day Manhattan shoot, I'm always finding a way to get things done. I guess you could call me a Jack-tress of all trades?! I started on-set in Prop and Scenic Design. Over the years, I also fell in love with the fast-paced back-end of Production through various roles. Yes, you heard right... I have a passion for logistics (NERD ALERT). These days, I seek to elevate my interests and experience on-set in production-driven roles. Feel free to check out my website www.mollieknopf.com for my reel and resume. Additional information:
I started working in TV/Film while I was full-time at an established fashion brand. My role in the fashion studio spanned production from conception to cutting room. I oversaw elements of retail management, studio processing, casting and bookings, quality assurance and discrepancy reconciliation/troubleshooting. This job was 5 days a week and I would pick up production gigs after work or on weekends, needless to say I learned to juggle a heavy load. I garnered an indispensable toolbox of skills and I carry those learnings into my passion for production. I am scrappy and up for any challenge.
