About me
Finding creative and entertaining solutions to problems has always driven me in my work. I’m an optioned scriptwriter with a project currently in development and considerable experience in structuring storylines and creative writing. Working for Duchess Street Production, Western Edge Pictures and WILDsound Writing Festival has given me the opportunity to meet and learn from many writers, producers and industry professionals. Whilst at these companies my main duties were building out scripts, writing treatments and brainstorming ideas. I believe the foundations of my industry experience have been laid, but I know there is still much more to learn. The most rewarding part of the development process for me is collaborating with others towards a final product we are all proud of, which is why I’m so passionate about TV and film. I’ve seen that compromise and open-mindedness are the language of development and I’m confident in my communication skills to positively contribute in a development role. You can see examples of my writing within my showreel, found here (https://vimeo.com/202016541).
