About me
I am currently the Senior Editor/Producer at a broadcast studio at the corporate headquarters of an international pharmaceuticals firm. I have broad experience, with professional credits in film and television, documentary and narrative, across feature-length and web shorts, broadcast commercials and promo campaigns, and live events. I also have deep experience in corporate communications, advertising and branding. In addition to being a senior-level editor in Avid Symphony, Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere, my skills also include interviewing, line producing, budget/production schedule management; and small-team direction, lighting and radio spot producing. I also own and shoot with the Sony FS-100 with Nikkor and Tokina prime lenses.Clients include Yahoo, ESPN, Nickelodeon, Sanofi, Condé Nast, HBO, ABC Sports, Mt. Airy Casino Resort, St. George's University School of Medicine, Liebherr, Treehugger.com, CW Network and CBS Sports Online, to name a few. Large show experience includes Nickelodeon's 2008 Case Studies, Womens Sports Foundation "Billies Awards", Cinemax's Fall 2006 Star Wars Trilogy promotional campaign, and multi-screen animations for the Condé Nast Traveler Reader's Choice Awards at Lincoln Center Jazz.
I’ve been an integral part of creative teams that go on to be Oscar and Emmy nominees, and winners of Telly, Webby, IAC, IDA and BOLI awards. I was the online editor/colorist on MURDERBALL (2005), the Audience Award winner in the 2005 Sundance Film Festival, and nominee for Best Documentary at the 2006 Academy Awards. The Caribbean PSA “One Small Change” campaign that I produced, directed, and animated, garnered my agency’s first Silver Telly Award in 2011. The 2010 Bronze Telly was awarded for the St. George’s University You Tube channel; I produced, directed and edited over thirty mini-docs over the course of three years, with shoots in the West Indies, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the New York City metropolitan region.
Helping tell and shape a rich story, in 90 minutes or 9 seconds, is at the heart of what I do best.
