About me
I am a person, or so I am told. I've never been presented with compelling evidence, but people also tell me that I have self-image and I should give a name to myself so I can give voice to what I want to do. For example, I could say: I am a filmmaker. This might be true of my skills, or historically true, or might represent my idea of myself in ten years and I really was going somewhere with this I swear.Skills

Highlights
-
Apart from experience writing and directing (and occasional camerawork) at University, I've performed a variety of minor (yet key) roles on various short films, web series, and other small (but passion-filled) projects helmed by people crazy enough to want to take charge.
I found being 2nd Assistant Camera most fulfilling: the clapper board is basically the entire reason I got into film in the first place. In that role you have almost no responsibilities and yet you're involved in everything everyone else is doing, which means you can use less brain power on your job and more brain power for spying on everyone else. And you're close to the actors, which is always fun, especially when they're buying you beers that evening because you're a starving wannabe artist who's not getting paid. -
Seldom seen, rarely spoken of. Is it a mystery for the ages? Insight into beauty and sacred light so sublime and profound that the shortest glimpse would cause your head to explode?
Or is it some family photos that I took with my dad's 35mm camera because I'm all retro like, which I exposed manually by eye because I'm all professional like, and which came out surprisingly well because goddammit I am going to brag in this paragraph.
