About me
I have always been creative and interested in designing, I started designing and making clothing and costumes for my daughter and ran a small successful company making children’s clothes before making the decision to go to university to further my career. Always leaning more towards the darker side of fashion and basing my collections on the literature of the brothers Grimm and Edgar Allen Poe or taking inspiration from Tim Burtons incredible art work and weird and wonderful films I fell in love with creating costumes for film, theatre and clients. I have worked in local theatres making and managing costumes. Worked as Head of department on a BFI short, created custom Halloween and event costumes for clients. Horror, fantasy and anything out of the normal day to day is my speciality as I love the freedom to create something people haven’t seen. I work very hard at what I do and love being challenged out of my comfort zone.Referees:
