How do I change my billing date?

Your repeat monthly subscription is set up to bill you on or around the same day of the month that your subscription began. To amend your billing date you will have to  first cancel your existing contract, and then re-subscribe on your preferred date.

To cancel your existing contract:

  1. Log in to your profile
  2. Click on Settings and select Payment History from the dropdown menu
  3. You will find a link that will redirect you to cancel your contract
