Highlights

Royal Welsh Summer School in 2011, run by professional actors Simon Trinder and Kate Webster, during which I studied Shakespeare, devising and improvisation as well as voice training, the Stanislaski system and Modern and Classical Dance.
Actors Workshop Cardiff, including the Academy Term, where I studied the Meisner Technique and performed a short duologue,, the Showcase Term (twice) in which I performed 2 scenes from Macbeth (as Macbeth), a Monologue from King Lear (as Edgar), a total of 4 ensemble musical theatre pieces (including Les Miserables, Rent and Fine) as well as a number of modern pieces and a physical theatre piece (both times).
Actors Workshop Cardiff Rep term in which I performed 3 short plays, including Tony Kushner's 'Reverse Transcription', as part of an ensemble production which included 12 short plays altogether. The performances were held over 2 nights at Llanover Hall Cardiff to members of the public as well as family and friends.
'Rough Draught' at Porter's bar in which short plays, written by local playwrights, are performed script in hand with the actors and director only receiving their scripts on the day of the performance. As a result there is a limited amount of time to carry out blocking for the scene and also for the actors to inhabit their characters.
