Angela Kage the daughter of one of the Professors working on the super experiment becomes deadlocked with the 'Tetrodotoxin' Virus used in the S.C.P. This has unforeseen effects on her. Adjusting her brain to access telekinesis, her athletic skills increase; accelerating her speed. Her Mental state merges and she gains the ability to create an illusion over someone and have them believe they are being burnt alive.
