Mis-trust of a lone housemate

'HOUSEMATES' is about three friends who have their spare room taken by an anti social and unknown figure. As time passes, suspicions and worry about the identity and motive of this person increase. When a resident goes missing in the house, the other two are forced to confront their new occupant and his plans for the house.
