I think it would be a great idea to make employer profiles readily available (with full details such as website, social media channels etc.) in each job posting. In almost every case, I'll want to do a bit of research into the employer before I submit an application to them, but this is made so much harder when there's no information provided via Mandy Network or the job posting itself.
The very few employer profiles I've found using the Resources > Employers A-Z feature don't contain the information I'm looking for - most importantly, a website. If employers are setting up profiles and posting jobs on the network, surely a profile for them should exist and be searchable?
Could the Mandy Network explore the possibility of a) making it mandatory for employers to provide this basic information if they wish to use the site to post their jobs, and b) make the employers profile accessible via the relevant job posting page. Many thanks!

Thanks for your post. The name of the employer is included with the job posting (unless the employer has chosen to remain anonymous, which they may do for various reasons), however we traditionally don't provide further details as historically this has lead to misuse of the application process. Every job listed with us is reviewed before posting, and this includes vetting the employer themselves. However, we appreciate your feedback and will take this on board for future developments to the site.

I think your point is very valid and in most cases, it's possible to do a bit of searching on the Internet. I also take comfort from the fact that Mandy.com does some vetting before posting these jobs and getting them out there. Very relevant comment though and thank you for sharing.

Hi Ricky, I too, like to know little about prospective employers. As a result, I normally use Google and it tends to find the web site of the company. fortunately, I have not had a mishap and found sites that weren't quite what I am looking for. I also use this if I notice any company have done any viewing on my profile that I have not done any auditions for. Worth following sometimes.
