    We are seeking a Project Manager – Creative to join the Editorial team. Reporting to the Editorial Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and successful delivery of all projects – from digital and physical to print and video – within deadlines and budget. You will implement processes and systems that support and enhance a creative environment, encouraging efficiency and the highest quality output at all times.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGManage Editorial and Creative Stream project workload, efficiency and priorities.Manage delivery of seasonal market, customer relations and brand projects, taking responsibility for forward planning and ensuring the right setup and preparation is done in order to kick off projects within suitable timeframes with clearly defined stakeholders.Work closely with project owners and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and managed, and work is prioritised accordingly.Ensure the overall season is tracking to plan and regular progression is shared with stakeholders.Building and maintaining exceptional relationships with key stakeholders business wide.Act as the key point of contact for special projects which require creative input, from brief to implementation and through to completion.Work closely with the Head of Creative and Head of Editorial to drive projects forward in an inspiring and collaborative way, ensuring teams are progressing as needed in each area.Work closely with the Head of Creative, Head of Bookings and video team to facilitate production of video projects.Define briefs at strategy level with stakeholders, setting realistic deadlines and allocating resource according to the team’s capacity. Ensure that objectives are clarified, met, and adhere to the house style.Work creatively with suppliers and stakeholders to ideate solutions for physical projects that promote the brand and treatments for events.Act as the editorial project management lead for creative cross-departmental project launches and developments.Work closely with multiple teams to hold strategic reviews of processes and systems, identifying ways to enhance and improve.Take responsibility for capturing, outlining and, where necessary, questioning the deliverables and budget across projects.Undertake regular reviews of external suppliers/production houses ensuring costs and efficiency are to standard.Manage the Editorial P+L, in collaboration with the Editorial Director.HATATRequirementsTrack record of delivering targets.Knowledge and experience of project management tools and methodologies.Keen interest in creative content across all digital touchpoints.An eye for detail and for the MATCHESFASHION aesthetic.Strong critical thinker.
