We are looking for a Head of Access and Disability to join us. The National is seeking to significantly improve and expand the support offered to people with disabilities across all facets of our work. This will include audiences, actors and creative staff, and employees, and will extend across the full range of activities, from attracting and welcoming audiences with access needs, to supporting actors and staff with disabilities, to designing and managing targets and KPIs that help us to meet our diversity and inclusion goals, to ensuring the policies, approaches, on-line resource and physical infrastructure of the building all strive to meet best practice and comply with legislation.
