Come make history, as we launch new projects for millions of listeners.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS· 5+ years of experience in an account management, licensing or business development role· Experience with SQL· Experience using Tableau and Excel· Experience working in industry relations, business development, or growth with content creators.· Excellent written/verbal communication and analytical skills.· Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· 3+ years working on partnerships between digital services and artists/content creators.· Expert-level fluency in current trends, players, and opportunities in music and audio.· Skills in negotiating content license and/or business development agreements.· Demonstrated experience with ambiguity, using sound business judgement and data to drive strategy, business action, and results.
