The British Soap Awards 2018 winners list – Coronation Street wins Best Soap

The British Soap Awards 2018 took place tonight at the Hackney Empire, London, hosted by TV legend Philip Schofield. The star-studded event saw scores of creatives and actors from Coronation Street, Eastenders, Emmerdale, Doctors and Hollyoaks attend to see who would bag Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Storyline and more.

Coronation Street picked up the Best Soap award, as well as awards for Best Actor (Jack P Sheperd) and Best Actress (Lucy Fallon).

Roughly half of the British Soap Awards winners were chosen by viewers and others an entertainment industry judging panel.
