Winston is the company's unofficial mascot and has the cute title of senior vice president of toys, snacks and shoelaces and chewable recreation at Warner Brothers.

"He is well known in Soho and businesses in Richmond all have pictures of him up," Mrs Sheppard, 36,  told the London Evening Standard.

"He is a real character and attracts a lot of attention."

The adorable 16-month-old dog is often taken to work with Cara and regularly meets A-List actors such as Colin Firth, Ricky Gervais and Game of Thrones star Natalie Dormer.

He disappeared on Sunday (April 8) at 9pm while out walking with Mr Sheppard.

Winston – who has a fawn-coloured coat – was off his lead as Mr Sheppard took a phone call next to the White Cross Pub.

"He usually runs ahead off lead and is normally very obedient but on this occasion he ran off," Mr Sheppard told the Standard.

The devastated couple believe their beloved Winston was stolen after viewing CCTV footage.

A reward of £1,000 is on offer for the return of their treasured pet.

Scotland Yard is treating the incident as theft and further evidence will be investigated.

Mr and Mrs Sheppard have set up a Facebook page to help track their pup as well as the hashtag #whereswinston on Instagram and Twitter.

Anybody with information regarding Winston's disappearance should contact Cara Sheppard on 07584 702804.
