Team Leader
- A natural co-ordinator in a group setting with the ability to chair equally in a professional
manner. In my current employment role I am accountable for the organisation and the duty
of care provided to event staff. Managing groups of people from 40 to over 200.
- Employment and education experiences have demonstrated my ability to take ownership
and deliver solutions in a business context. From working a full season in events I have developed my ability to take charge in a chaotic environment, resolving situations with a calm approach to promote staff motivation.
- Having a patient and friendly nature I am able to transfer skills to others and encourage success.
Effective Communication
- Personal development classes at University have enabled me to develop my business
language skills through self-assessment; I am clear and effective when communicating to others and take the time to listen to information conveyed to me. Work experiences have developed my understanding of effective communication and the importance of attentive listening and note taking

Administration

Job roles included booking in staff, tracking employee numbers, preparing materials, completing staff deployments, preparing all pre - event registration admin to allow smooth onsite registration and ensuring efficient distribution of internal memos and mail.
- Gathered data from a wide range of sources during my dissertation whilst balancing my other studies and my part-time job.
