About me
I am an actress and a Mother.My daughter is now 1years old, and I am looking to get back in the groove of things. I took about 16 months off the whole enterntainment. I am surely ready to get my groovr back.
Additional skills:
* Myself and two other actresses wrote a play called 'All The Trimmings' and it was performed in October 04.
* Involved in making a short Film called 'Micah' in which I was the crazed ex-partner. Which is shown in workshops.
* Involved in a trailer for a up and coming film called Brixtonia.
* Workshop leader and peer educator in a secondary pupils' referral unit for 4 weeks, teaching drama and drama techniques.
* February 2004, I have just completed a six week tour around Great Britain. The play was called 'Race to Change Face' for Futures Theatre company.
* Previously been involved in a peer education drugs film/video called 'Shireen Comes Clean' in which I was the lead character Shireen, produced by Hi8us film Company. Which is to be shown and work shopped in and around Wansworth secondary schools, youth centres and peoples referral unit.
* I have recently finished a year in event management which is a trainee course led by the National Theatre and Art of regeneration at the Albany Stage Deptford.
* I have led Dance and Drama workshops teaching 6 - 16 year olds at the Montage Theatre.
* NVQ in Arts Administration.
* Forum Theatre workshop leading skills.
* Organised a Performing Arts event called Colours in which I was Artists Liaison, assistant director and Stage manager.
Additional information:
Able to ice skate and roller blade to a good standards
street dance, pole dance and choreograph routines to a high standard.
Swimming, horse ride and hairstyling.
