About me
I am a hardworking, capable and motivated individual who is able to work as part of a team or under my own initiative. I am used to working in busy and dynamic environment whilst producing high standards of work. I have excellent interpersonal skills and able to foster relationships quickly. I enjoy learning and developing new skills. I take a great deal of personal pride in my work and have a positive attitude towards all tasks I am given.Additional skills:
• Use of Digico, Midas, Yamaha, and Presonus mixing consoles including extensive use of EQ, compression, gates and FX
units that are either within the console or outboard units.
• The setting up, assisting in the maintenance and operation of sound equipment across multiple venues within Culture NL. This
includes a mix of events such as; dance schools, musicals, bands, conferences and award shows each with individual needs and
requirements.
• Extensive use of editing software including, Show Cue Sytem, QLab, ProTools and Logic X. Including use within live shows,
recording and post production.
• Set up and operation of front of house and monitor systems.
• Setting up and maintaining the varies PA systems including; Nexo, Meyer, Bose, Logic System, DB Technologies and RCF.
• PAT testing a variety of equipment across multiple venues.
• Setting up and operating radio mic systems such as; Sennheiser, Shure and
Trantec. These include handheld, lavalier, and instrument microphones.
• Carrying out risk assessments in relation to all sound equipment to ensure safe working practice.
• Setting up complex microphone rigs.
• Assisting with get-ins and get-outs for all events.
• Understanding clients’ individual requirements and ensuring that I am able to fulfil them or provide advice on alternative options
• Working in conjunction with other departments to provide the best possible experience for the client.
• Use of ETC lighting desks.
