About me
I have recently graduated from the London School of Economics with a Bsc in Social Policy and Criminology. Within my first couple of weeks at the university I noticed a distinct lack of encouragement from the school towards the small group of writers interested in staging new work. Therefore I formed The Revolving Shed (www.therevolvingshed.co.uk), a theatre company committed to presenting a new play at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival each year. Having garnered support from the school in the form of a grant I have now enjoyed three successful Fringe runs, both producing and acting in all of our shows.Since graduating I have taken up a role as administrator and front of house assistant at the Harold Pinter Theatre, part of the Ambassador Theatre Group. However I am keen to gain experience outside of theatre administration with work in all aspects of production, including agencies and TV/Film production.
Industry awards:
Best Show, Best Actor and Best Director for BUOY (The Revolving Shed) at London Student Drama Festival 2013.
