About me

I used to act when I was younger (ages 10 and 13) but I then went on to study science and work. After years of staying away, going to watch just one show was enough to pull me back in to acting. In 2019 I started acting again after 10 years of being away from stage, and within a year I had been in 5 shows, built sets, undertook singing classes, and learnt about how theatre and the acting industry works.

Having a full-time job did make it tricky, but I was still able to balance acting and work. I left my job in May and am now looking to get acting work. Specifically, I am looking for opportunities to create my showreel, participate in more theatre shows, work on TV/film sets, and continue to train professionally.

Additional skills:
As well as acting, I also have a good natural rhythm and can learn dance moves very easily. Some of my past shows have been musicals and required me to learn choreographed dance routines. I also sang as part of an ensemble in these musicals, and have since undertaken singing lessons to learn to improve my ability and confidence in singing solo.

I have experience with using cameras (both photography and video) and post-production of images and videos. I also learnt stage presentation as part of my science communication degree.
