About me

Tony McCartan was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland. When he was twenty three years old he moved to London.
He considers himself to be a true "Londoner" bathed in the cultural diversity of this great city although at heart he remains attached to the land of his birth and is a proud Scotsman. Tony is very passionate about film and theatre so he decided to take several acting courses he also decided to undertake a one year's intense method acting course at Brian Timoney's Acting Studios.
Whilst working under the direction of Brian Timoney, Tony developed comprehensive skills in method acting,It was in this setting, in front of the camera that Tony described as 'I felt enormously in my element, totally engaged and fulfilled. This is place I have always wanted to be!'
