About me

British Action Academy Student. Take 3 Agency member.

I am a KMG Certified Krav Maga Instructor, Kickboxing and boxing instructor, I compete in the last two fields. The demonstrations and seminars are the same as stage combat. 360 view with safety paramount.

I also work as an Academic Coach and a Corporate Performance Coach.

My background is music and sport. Having played rugby for 7 years, martial arts were the next step - Thai Boxing and Jiu Jitsu. Krav Maga was the game-changer where new teaching and training techniques created a fresh outlook on real life self-defence applications and how to use the coaching to motivate, deal with stress and develop all-round skills.

The Krav provides extensive hand-to-hand combat skills, drilling and weapons-handling as well as defence, most suitable for on-screen techniques and have worked with various athletes, actors and now stunt performers. Other clients include the Women’s Institute, King’s College London, UCL, doctors, nurses… anyone willing to build something better and badder.

I have plenty of prior on-set experience from working in editorial and production for EMI and Virgin music and then streaming services. More recently as a stunt performer for The Witcher – Blood Origin and a featured role for an Apple Tv series. Also for Amazon’s The Rings of Power from March – May 2023.

By day I coach, am a mental health campaigner (CALM, ITV’s Project 84) and have run programmes with universities, the Metropolitan Police and nurses. Recently I'm working with the Mental Health Foundation in schools running wellbeing, self defence and mentoring programmes.
