About me

I have had to work hard to stay in the profession. I have brought up 4 children on my own so consequently I have always had to be a self starter. To make ends meet and work around my children's schedule I ran my own theatre school for 19 years which has now branched out into a touring theatre company, Enter Stage Right.

From that ....Sex is Another Language a one woman play about Elizabeth Taylor, her loves, lust, disasters and successes produced by Damn Cheek and Enter Stage Right. We are thrilled it has received rave reviews. Written by Tony Earnshaw, Darren Cheek has skillfully directed this roller coaster of a play. We have finished the first leg of the show but will be touring around London and Surrey in October. Also we hope to be making it into a short feature film.

I recently worked on a new film called The Only Way an interesting, though shocking, take on family and euthanasia. This will be entered into festivals and competitions later in the year.

Agnes of God went down extremely well.. A fascinating play with three wonderful female parts. I played the part of the psychiatrist who represents science opposing religion. The other 2 characters are nuns, but they are complicated characters repenting the big wide world and faith.
